Staying home 24/7 has really gotten to us, to the point where we’re starting to see the life getting sucked out of our complexion. But lucky for us, face palettes have come in really handy these past few months to bring the glow back in a snap, even for just a little while. From emphasising our facial structure to adding colour to our cheeks in a matter of minutes, they’ve landed a special place in our hearts and makeup kits during this lockdown.
Now with seasons shifting, we’re seeing some of the most exciting summer face palettes launching in the market with colours that would simply elevate our WFH looks while making us feel like we’re on a much-needed beach getaway! The Dior Backstage Glow Face Palette has been one of our all-time favourites ever since it was launched three years ago. Coming in warmer shades, ‘002 Glitz’ features a light, shimmery bronze for soft sculpting, a soft peach blush and two glitter highlighters in gold and pink to delicately capture and bounce the light off your cheekbones. What we love about this palette is how easily it transfers on the skin, how buildable the formula is and how well it works to create a natural, ethereal glow!

5. Givenchy Prisme Libre Blush
While this isn’t your usual face palette, the Givenchy Prisme Libre Blush comes in the form of loose powder blushers in one compact little box – and four variants at that! Formulated with a matte finish, the four shades in the case range from soft to intense to create one gorgeous cheek colour. Equipped with a powder puff, simply give the box a gentle shake and blend all four colours onto your cheeks. Wallet- and beginner-friendly, Sephora Collection’s ‘Gleaming Stones Face Palette’ is great for everyday makeup. With two options available – ‘Pure Stones’ for a warm, earthy look and ‘Pink Minerals’ that features nude to coral shades, the pressed powders blend easily with one another and provide a natural finish – perfect for our WFH meetings!
